welding reflow oven
An oven is a reflow soldering machine. These industrial-sized reflow furnaces are frequently used in PCB assembly and manufacturing. These devices also provide soldering capabilities for both little and big assembly regions.
Smaller reflow soldering devices are available, particularly for prototype and minor rework applications. They, however, lack the stronger soldering capabilities of the more important varieties.
Solder paste must be applied to the board sections you wish to solder according to the reflow soldering principle. The components will then be attached to the board, and the assembly will then be heated.
You may regulate the temperature in this tunnel so that it melts and secures the components without causing harm to the board.
One of the most dependable methods of connection is the reflow soldering machine.
